This is the 3rd beer in our West Coast IPA series. As with the 2 prior we kept to what we like to call a “classic” West Coast IPA. At Arable we like to have distinction between our American IPA’s and our West Coast IPA’s. We do this by making our West Coast have a more maltier balanced character with the use of some caramel steam malt that we enjoy. Combo of classic hops and some new age hops create this experience. We also do not dry hop our West Coast IPA’s and save that for the American IPA series we do. I know this isn’t adhering to any guidelines and lots of folks will disagree, but it’s how we do it at Arable and in the words of the legendary DJ and poet Dr. Dre, “Let Me Ride”. Ha Ha. Enjoy!
