The most bitter of the cold brews we've done, this beer was conceived after a cold reminder - that when you stare up at the sky, even when La Niña cloud cover means you can't see anything worth looking up for, in the grand scheme of things, you're pretty insignificant. But regardless of what you've accomplished today or in your whole life - and especially if it's nothing - you should still always choose to kick back and enjoy a beer, just like this one.
