Tropic of Amber

A mildly traditional English Brown Ale grain bill building from a base of Marris Otter malt and then layering in additions of Vienna, Chocolate and Chocolate Rye malt to provide a sweet malt base with just a whisper of spiciness from the Rye. We then take a turn to the tropics by utilizing a unique fermentation profile to create yeast esters reminiscent of mango and guava. The result is something that we can best describe as an English brown ale with a tropical fruit twist.
