We brewed this obscenely crushable Ripper with 100% Simcoe hops from Loftus Ranches in Yakima, yielding enticing ruby red grapefruit, catty, bright, and refreshing flavors and aromas. The welcoming notes and straw yellow-hue of this Hoppy Lager make just having one pint nearly impossible.
