The Fluid IPA series is a flavour experiment of three East Coast-style IPAs. Brewed to showcase how the dry-hop ratio alone can influence the overall profile of the beer. Each beer was brewed with the exact same recipe and process, apart from the dry-hopping volume. This IPA is dry-hopped at 30 grams per litre with a selection of our favourite hops. On the nose it is pungent and slightly dank, but fruity and tropical at the same time. This is a heavy hitter with intensely fruity notes hitting all corners of the palate. Overripe mango, melon, pineapple and pine steal the show here with a sticky texture that lingers long after each sip.
