Q'Min Lager

Q'Min is our take on a traditional rice lager beer. We've brewed this with German malt, Basmati rice, Lager yeast, roasted cumin and Mitterfrüh hops for a classic crisp, dry and Pilsner feel. It is a clear, light-pale lager with a touch of sweetness and spice due to the addition of rice and roasted cumin.
