Brettanomyces beer dry-hopped with Mosaic and MotuekaLong before we dabbled into the world of Offshoot Beer Co., we were playing with hops via Humulus Terreux. We created juicy and funky flavors with these seemingly simple ingredients. The flavor possibilities are endless when combining hop notes of citrus, pine, and flowers, with the barnyard funk, earth, and tropics produced from a 100% Brettanomyces fermentation.
