Crystalline

Описание

Our American Wild Ale, Shared Space, was allowed to develop in a Pinot Grigio wine barrels for over 14 months. We then conditioned the beer on watermelon before letting it naturally carbonate in the bottle. Crystalline pours golden straw yellow with dynamic aromas of clean watermelon, zippy white grape, green apple, lemon, and a touch of oak. Refreshing flavors of Pinot Grigio soaked watermelon cubes, sangria, white grape, lime, and a giant Watermelon Jolly Rancher flavor lead into a soft barrel presence and an incredibly #balancedacidity. This is one of our most fun fruited bottles to date and a real summer crusher.
