Three of our favorite things in the world are Westcoast IPA, Southern Hemisphere hops, and Australian/weed portmanteaus, and guess what, Buildabong has all three! We brewed this super pale and refreshing Westcoast IPA with three of our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops ever in Nelson, Waimea, and Enigma. Light, dry, and effervescent but with a nice mouthfeel and a laser beam of hop flavors; Buildabong is packed with notes of passionfruit, tangerine juice, lemon zest, fresh apricots, peaches, sauvignon blanc wine grapes, summer berries, and a hint of pine needles. The only way we could imagine enjoying this beer any more than we already are is if we were enjoying it at Byron Bay.Hops: Nelson, Waimea, Enigma
