BRETT INFUSED BA D8 - CABERNET FRANCFor the project we received a barrel from Mészáros Wine House, in which a Bordeaux blend, Cabernet Franc, one of the ingredients of the Ohmerops Cuvée, was aged for years. The day after the barrel was drained, our D8 beer had been sitting in the barrel for 9 months. The result was surprising for us too. The character of the beer, combined with the brett from the barrel, took the flavours and aromas of the Cabernet Franc barrel in an amazing way.A sör elkészítéséhez egy barrique hordót kaptunk a Mészáros Borháztól, melyben évekig egy bordeaux-i házasítás, az Ohmerops Cuvée egyik összetevője, Cabernet Franc érlelődött. A Hordó leürítésének másnapján már D8 sörünk lubickolt a hordóban, egészen 9 hónapon keresztül. A végeredmény minket is meglepett. A sör karaktere, a hordóból érkező brett-el összesimulva elképesztő módon vette át a Cabernet Francos hordó íz és illatvilágát.
