Citrus x Sinensis - Blood Orange Gose

Описание

We hope you haven’t had enough fruited sours because we are still chugging along with trials in the brewery. Our Blood Orange Gose dials back the fruit additions to achieve a symbiotic alliance with the many competing flavours. We added a blend of blood orange puree, sea salt, coriander seed, and orange zest into this beer to achieve delicate balance to the utmost degree. Expect a sharp acidity with light zesty notes of orange and citrus accompanied by a salty herbaceousness.
