Missing Pieces

Описание

Its pretty ordinary when you lose a pet. Dave and Sarah from the brewery recently lost thier beloved fur bags. So this sour trialling the new Philly Sour yeast strain is in memory of Mimi and Sian.Muddy red in colour from the fruits added, it has a strong aroma of Strawberry upfront and a strong freshy plum support.Clean AF sourness with a balanced medley of fruit, acidity with a minimal biterness.Dry on the palate.Enjoy.
