Ka is a perpetua that is renewed with subsequent additions of spontaneous beer wort from coolship. This one was aged for 15 months in a single oak barrel and then dry hopped with fresh hop cones of Italian Chinook, Cascade and Willamette. No added microorganism, no brett/wild yeast/bacteria/sour pitch. fermentation is 100% spontaneous
