An IPA is a series that acts as a creative outlet for all things IPA from Oss. A DIPA takes it up a notch.This batch of A DIPA is our second collab with Garage Project out of New Zealand. It's hopped with Mega Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Loral hops, plus Phantasm - a special sauv-blanc-derived, thiol-rich powder that enhances citrusy hop aromas! Jos (co-owner of Garage Project) is the creator of Phantasm, so drinking this beer is basically indulging in the experiment straight from the source.Notes of mandarin orange, crushed pineapple, white grape juice and honeydew melon will have you thinking you're chasing waterfalls in New Zealand...and who doesn't want to do that?!
