Strawberry Lemonade Sour w/ Lemon Juice, Strawberries, & Lemon Blossom Honey. One of our beloved local taprooms asked if we’d make one of the collaboration beers for their twelfth anniversary, and of course, we’re in. Since we’re having such a delightfully warm summer, we decided on a strawberry lemonade sour to take the edge off. Real lemon juice brings bright clean tartness, strawberry puree for rich flavor, freeze-dried strawberries for big aromatics, and a hint of sweetness from lemon blossom honey brings everything together and makes the fruit really pop.
