Brewed with a product called Phantasm that we are using for the first time! Made from the skins of Sauvignon Blanc grapes and when combined with a specific type of yeast strain it transforms into an expressive tropical fruit character. We also fermentation dry hopped this beer with Citra and Nelson and then finished it with a hop distillate product called hop kief. Expect a big punch of tropical fruit and white grape notes paired with a very clean based beer to let all that hop character shine.
