This Cold IPA was brewed in collaboration withour good mate, DJ, from Mountain Culture. Thisbeer was brewed in celebration of our shared loveof Sydney’s iconic Chinese Seafood restaurant,Golden Century. It has been fermented with WhiteBay’s house lager yeast and heavily hopped withRiwaka and El Dorado hops.
