A local twist on the traditional Belgian Wit style. A creamy wheat base, complemented by the addition of chen pi (Tangerine peel – the whole fruit is traditionally gifted to bring good fortune), coupled with osmanthus flowers to sweeten the aroma with a touch of apricot.
