Specially Brewed for Moon Under Water Harry Potter event.Butterbeer was a popular wizarding beverage described as tasting "a little bit like butterscotch". It was served at numerous locations in the wizarding world and had a very slight alcoholic content. Students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry would often buy it when visiting the Three Broomsticks Inn in Hogsmeade.Our Fictional collaboration is an Eastcoast style Hazy IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops, Vanilla pods and Butterscotch extract.We dont use extracts very often, but to get the butterscotch flavour, we felt it was appropriate to use an extract.Creamy, smooth, hazy and juicy.Cheers to Mr Cheer.
