Rare beer challenge 2025:We wanted to make a beer that is as fun to lookat as it is to drink. We also wanted to find thewildest/rarest ingredients we could get our hands on.Sea buckthorn is one of the most tart fruitswe’ve ever tried, so the sweetness of blackcarrot blended beautifully. Black carrot alsolends a deep purple colour to the beer and thefoam that leaves you with a beer that is almosttoo pretty to drink. But then the tropical aromashit the nose, and you’re at the bottom of theglass before you know it.
