BBAABB-48 Bourbon Barrel Aged Annoying Bitch Braggot -484 years ago, we've 50% of our 4th batch of AB-48 with 50% of diluted local honey in 2 Bourbon Barrels. We'be pitch a blend of Brettanomyces and Saison yeast into the barrel to allow it ferment through and further develope the ""farmhouse-like"" characters in the bourbond barrels. Once it's fully matured, we racked it back in to stainless teel barrels to condition on some more blood orange and honey before packaging. As it's name suggests, it's a braggot [half beer half mead] barrel aged in bourbon barrels using the base beer AB-48 (which is a Michelada Gose).
