Fractal 4337 investigates a new yet to be named experimental triploid aroma hop developed by New Zealand’s Plant & Food Research: HORT 4337. Fractal 4337 pours a resinous-hazy-straw yellow releasing aromas of fruit punch, lemon balm, citrus, and dank grass. The taste is balanced with notes of dank lemon, pineapple, passionfruit, grapefruit, and grassy fields. This beer is soft and rounded with a light bitterness at the finish. A summer crusher that drinks easy and is a true thirst quencher.
