SPIDER BRANCH/VIKING OL 2023 is our iterpretation of traditional nordic farmhouse ale. This beer/ol is brewed with barley, wheat, juniper branches and berries. All brewing process is ispired by/from old nordic brewing techniques. A fermentation start wood barrel or in coolship with baking and mixed yeast.A raw materials and methods used for production bring pleasant, complex flavors/aromas to this amazing beer/ol.
