A sweet dessert mead made from locally harvested raspberries (1kg/l). Tart, tannic, and sour, balanced with the sweetness of Ukrainian honey. Aged on two different types of oak that were previously used for Pedro Ximenez sherry and our Infinity solera style mead.Part of the Raspberry 2023 Harvest Serie.
