Into the Woods is a blend of Northwest culinary apples and Dolgo crabapples aged in an oak Syrah barrel from Coiled Winery (Boise, ID) for 16 months! We took the aged cider and added real Vermont maple syrup to balance out the tart crabapple, giving this cider many intricate layers.
