This is a collaboration with ourwonderful friends Burning Sky brewery,brewed to celebrate 10 years of DEYA.Our aim was to meld the worlds of beer and wineto find a perfectly balanced point between the two.Pinotin grapes from our new friends atBlackbook Winery, underwent a carbonicmaceration to produce a full bodied,red wine base bursting with cranberries,strawberries and a touch of black pepper.We then washed the remaining pomacewith barrel aged beer to extract more juice,fruity aromatics and structural tannins.The resulting blend is a beautifulbalance of these components -barrel aged beer, carbonic macerated wineand second use fruit
