Hop Harvest Ale 2021

This years hop harvest ale features Chinook and Victoria hops grown by Ryefueld Hops in Bemboka NSW. The hops were picked up from the farm and put in the brew on the same day. We add all the hops in a modified ho stand at the end of the boil. We also dry hopped with some more Victoria hops that had been fazen and packaced under nitrogen from the time of picking. The fruit forward profile of the victoria hop really shines through with a distinct citrus hop flavour, accompanied with a bit of grassiness in the aroma.
