Smoochberry (2024)

This year we decided to bring back our sessionable raspberry sour, but this time with as much fruit as the imperial version! This batch of Smoochberry is fermented with 40% fresh raspberry puree by volume, after which we remove some of the fruit pulp so it still drinks (mostly) like a beer, instead of a smoothie. As for the flavor, it really only takes one word to describe. Happy Valentine's day!
