Greatly inspired by the Strong Dark Ales of Belgium - Brewed with a variety of Belgian malt, boiled for several hours with European hops, and open fermented with WLP530 at ambient temperature. Conditioned in stainless for several weeks and then bottled on 12/18/23 to re-ferment, condition, mature, and test our patience.
