Viscosity Hazy IPA is a Colab with Bintani, one of ANZ biggest support of craft breweries providing all ingredients we need to make beer. This Colab showcases SafAle™ K-97 a Kolsch yeast that leaves a lighter haze and dryer finish to the beer as always the beer has been Double Dry Hopped with Strata® CGX™ this cryogenic hop variety has hyponotic aromas and got the brewers excited when the bag was cracked open.
