Paradis is an unfiltered cider made with locally grown apples and conditioned atop heaps of toasted coconut. The union of these two simple ingredients, combined with a clean fermentation, results in a beverage with a flavor profile well beyond the sum of its parts. We taste sweet apple jam, tangerine syrup, tropical pear flesh, coconut cream, and bits of paradise. A House favorite, indeed - Enjoy!
