This is a Special beer that we brew for each Fish Smoking with Mr. Kalenda on our patio. It is Pilner malt only 16° (6.6% alc.) lager.11/2019 - this version has GER Mandarina nad Melon hops for dry hop. It is in the new Wethop version, which is freah, juicy and wet. The arome is nicely fruity thanks to these hops.We use only Wethop hops for the dry hop. It is a new German technology to keep the hops amazingly fresh and juicy.
