Marching Saison

A mixed fermentation saison, brewed with Loughrans Irish Ale malt, cara amber, and malted oats with Cascade hops in the boil. This was fermented with our house mixed culture of Lactobacillus, Brettanomyces and Ardennes saison yeast. It's a beast of a sunset orange and red colour with a big fruity, funky Brett character and acidic finish.
