Our 19th incarnation of this popular style, on this occasion we used Chinook, Nectaron & Mosaic Cryo. Brewed at an approachable alcohol level, with an assertive bitterness, on a light, dry malt base, to let the hops take centre stage. We tweak the recipe each time based on customer feedback.
