For this collaboration with our friends from Fanø Bryghus we have brewed a crisp and refreshing Pilsner.We used Nectaron hops, from New Zealand, in both the boil and the dry-hop to infuse this Pils with a distinct fruitiness.This characteristic Kiwi hop gives us tropical notes of passionfruit and citrus on top of a sparkling, light golden body. This is all balanced by a gentle bitter bite and a dry finish that leaves you wanting more.
