This cider starts with a big and earthy cherry wine, cherries from Terra Beata Farms, matured with Compass Distiller's Rhumb and introduced through cold maturing a Northern Spy and Jonagold cider base. Big flavours of bourbon cherry and rich earthy flavours make up the main body of this strong 9.4% cider.
