Our sister venue Hop Temple brewed with us this Juicy IPA that is a joint celebration of their 7th birthday, featuring 7 different hops and a focus on Shadyn’s top pick NZ grown Nectaron. The hops are comfortably supported with a pillowy soft body thanks to the malted Oat and Wheat providing the protein and haze for such a beer. Juicy and sappy Nectaron is flanked by tropical Calypso and Azacca - both Gods in their respective mythologies - they too are Titans in the hop spectrum! With a support cast featuring Citra, Simcoe, Cascade and Eclipse – this is an IPA truly befitting of the Hop Temple and its worshippers.
