Alon Schwartz Beer

"A dark lager beer based on the unique interpretation of our Brewmeister - Alon Schwartz - of the classic German Schwarzbier style. The beer has a dark color and a rich caramel malt flavor that is complimented by the addition of oak shavings that were aged with the beer and added some vanilla aroma. The relatively high bitterness and the floral aroma, provided by the Saaz type hops, all combine well and come together into a very complex beer, yet still very drinkable.
