This is a very clear beer, with a very pale straw color. It has a dense white foam with fair retention. Slight fruity aromas from yeast and hops come together into notes of ripe pineapple and guava. You will find initial impressions of very faint citrus notes. The flavor is a delicate balance between white breadcrumbs and lemon zest. It has a lingering soft low bitterness and a medium-light body with a dry finish. It can be compared with an American Lager with a little bit more hop character but far less bitter than an American Pale Ale.
