Double India Pale Ale meant to push thiol production to the brim! We used cascade mash hops, a thiol boosted yeast along with a cryopo x phantasm blend during primary fermentation and topped it all off with large dry hop charge of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Pacific Sunrise, and Riwaka!
