A hazy, heavily fruited kettle soured ale toppling over with tropical punch notes thanks to drum loads of fresh fruit puree added to the secondary fermentation. A gentle kiss of lactose sugar keeps the tartness in balance and compliments the residual sweetness from the fruit.
