COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTIONExtreme brewed. Crash cooled. Extreme brewing is a unique process which utilises extreme heat and extreme cold to produce an exciting fire-amber beer. First, the malt and hops are subjected to extreme heat, at 105degrees, to concentrate and refine the flavours. The beer is then rapidly crash-cooled to sub-zero temperatures. The result - a smoother, easy drinking, full strength 5.2% beer.
