Millet Saison

A new Saison beer from Ukhamba Beerworx at the Waterfront in Cape Town. However, this one is brewed with millet, very traditional throughout Africa and used to make umqombothi. A Saison beer, as it’s a traditional, pastoral ale representing the farm and rural areas of South Africa. This is a malty ale, with biscuit and bread notes coming through! Good stuff indeed!
