A crisp light bodied grape ale made with amazing muscaris grapes grown locally by our friends Brunemark Vin. With a lovely dry fruitiness and notes of white wine, it's a nicely balanced and refreshing ale.Brewer's Notes: our third collaboration with Brunemark Vin we set out to make (maybe one of the first) Danish Grape Ales. The idea was to build on the floral, fruity and dry contribution of the muscaris grapes with a bit of rice in the recipe and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin to further enhance the white wine quality.Ingredients: malted barley, malted wheat, flaked rice, muscaris grapes, hops and yeast
