A combination of roasted malt and fine top-fermenting wheat beer yeast ensures the typical dark brown color. The Schwarz-Weisse offers a variety of roasted aromas of chocolate, nuts, black bread and tobacco. The yeast-fruity aromas and a very subtle bitterness gives it a rustic taste profile.
