This beer is a homage to the wonderful craft beer produced in Australia particularly on the West Coast as exemplified by Little Creatures Brewery in Freemantle.Inspired from both the new and old worlds of brewing. It may be a hybrid ale in origin, but think of it as the creation of a truly Australian style of ale.Australian pale ales are much like the traditional British varieties, which have a malty profile and just enough woody or light floral hops to create an elegant balance. Compared to American pale ales, the Aussie equivalents have a maltier flavour and contain less hops, making them less bitter and aromatic.Enjoy!
