We set aside a small batch of foeder-aged grisette and racked it onto 1.5lbs-per-gallon of locally grown loquats, allowing it to fully referment before packaging. The result is a bright, delightfully tart and effervescent beer with extremely pleasant notes of sweet, citrusy loquat.
