A dandelion, apple, rhubard wine. Frozen apples from the end of 2017 defrosted, oxidized and began to ferment while still hanging on trees. We gathered them up before snow settled too deep to acess these delicacies. Come spring 2018, we took to the fields and harvested golden crowns of dandelions and robust stalks of rhubarb enough to steep in a barrel of aging cider.
