Layered roast malts create a rich chocolate, tobacco and roasted-malt flavour over a solid biscuity backbone provided by pilsner and munich malts.In collaboration with Leftfield Coffee Roasters the Lady Marmalade blend was chosen to compliment the malt bill with notes of bright berry, stonefruit-acidity and smooth caramel flavour.Magnum and Spalt hops along with a traditional German lager yeast allow the coffee and malt to shine in this polite disagreement with the Reinheitsgebot.
