As Sugarman’s little sister, this delicate but deceptive Tripel exhibits a soft bouquet of Belgian spice, clove and subtle citrus notes, all mellowed by 3 months aged on oak of a certain Vin Doux - the favourite of a quarrelsome Frenchman. A semi-sweet, spicy indulgence and the latest addition to Woodstock Brewery’s core range.
